2. Unwinder adopts motor active unwinding and automatictension control
3. Loading&unloading of unwinder uses air shaft withpneumatic up&down and EPC system for high-efficiency
4. Rewinder adopts frequency motor, roller diameter autocalculated by PLC with auto tension control
5. Using flat knife for cutting, the cutting end face is neat, and there is a blowing edge device
6. The system has functions such as meter counting, roll diameter calculation, and automatic shutdown for meter cou1nting
7. The system has a complete integrated design of machinery, electricity, and gas, and adopts comprehensive safety protection measures
